Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated prior to your deposit, at current rates to your location, and confirmed with you before dispatch.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. After processing, there is a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks for chillers to be dispatched, depending on availability and production.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Australia. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details (if available) when your order ships.
Where We Ship
We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
