At Bergs, we do not offer a standard return policy. All chiller orders are final once placed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at james@bergsrecovery.com if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right under the terms of Bergs warranty (see Refunds below).
To Start a Claim
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at james@bergsrecovery.com. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed, including where to send the item if necessary. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted. Our return address will be provided upon approval.
Refunds
Refunds are not available under a standard return policy. However, in the case of defective equipment, we honour Bergs warranty terms of service. If your chiller is found to be defective upon inspection, we’ll notify you after receiving and evaluating the item. If approved under the warranty, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at james@bergsrecovery.com.
